How to submit a registration reproducible resource processing pipeline

• Discuss questions about posting your reproducible registration processing pipeline in our hackathon chat
• Before the last day of the hackathon, add a new entry in the list of Reproducible Resources by creating a new README.md file in a subfolder of the ReproducibleResource folder, and copying contents of the reproducible resource template file into it. Step-by-step instructions for this are:

1. Open reproducible resource template and copy its full content to the clipboard
2. Go back to ReproducibleResource folder on GitHub
3. Click on Add files -> Create new file buttons
4. Type YourPipelineName/README.md
5. Paste the previously copied content of reproducible resource template page into your new README.md
6. Update the content for each section
7. Add a link to your pipeline to the main reproducible resource list
