Tutorial Description

Basics of MM algorithms and their properties, an MM algorithm specific to rigidly registering images, an error bound estimation for a truncated version of this algorithm, performance evaluation on mouse brain microscopy image, possible extensions of this algorithm such as sequence alignment

Duration: 0.5 hours.
